Southwest Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle fat free ranch dressing
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded fat-free
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12-1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 large fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 12 cup fresh mushrooms
- Mix together the dressing, cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce in the bottom of a large bowl.
- Toss in the cauliflower, broccoli and fresh mushroom.
- Serve and enjoy!
