Homemade Chicken Stock

  1. In large pot combine chicken, carrots, celery, bay leaf, peppercorns, onion.
  2. Add water and bring to a simmer.
  3. Skim off fat forming at top.
  4. Cook for 2 - 3 hours.
  5. Strain.
  6. Freeze or refrigerate
