Spanish Chicken

  1. Saute onion in butter until golden.
  2. Add all other sauce ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
  4. Grease a 9"x13" casserole dish.
  5. Add layer of half of chicken,.
  6. Add layer of half of tortillas (overlapping),.
  7. Add layer of half of sauce.
  8. Add layer of half of cheese.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Bake at 350F (175C) for 15 to 30 minutes.
