Dubious Manhattan

  1. In a pitcher, combine the Dubonnet red, sweet vermouth, bourbon and peach bitters.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
  3. Stir and pour into 6 chilled coupes.
  4. Garnish with the skewered cherries.
