Bourbon Glazed Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. In a small pan, bring bourbon and sugar to a boil for 2 min.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pork:Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Heat grill pan and grill pork for 2-3 min per side.
  5. Add in apples and grill.
  6. Remove pork and place in an ovenproof dish.
  7. Brush with bourbon glaze.
  8. Place in a 400-degree oven for 10-15 min.
  9. Prepare Relish.
  10. Remove pork from oven and slice on an angle.
  11. Fan pork slices onto serving platter.
  12. Spoon relish around pork slices.
  13. Relish:In a pan bring the following to a boil for 2 min: shallots, cherries, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, parsley, apples and remaining bourbon glaze.
