Planter's Punch

• 1/4 cup dark rum
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tablespoon Simple Syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura
• Cracked ice
• Orange-peel twist for garnish

1. Shake dark rum, fresh lemon juice, Simple Syrup and Angostura with cracked ice.
2. Strain into a wine goblet over ice and garnish with an orange-peel twist.
