Benihana Super Salad Dressing Clone Recipe

• 1/2 c. Soybean Oil
• 1/2 c. White Vinegar
• 3 Tbsp. MSG
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Grnd Ginger
• 1/2 c. sliced Celery
• 1/4 c. coarsely minced Onion

1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender.
2. Mix at medium speed for 3-5 seconds till celery is finely grated.
3. Add in dressing to the salad and toss.
4. Serves 6 to 8 people and makes 1 1/2 c. dressing.
