Snow-Capped Blue JELL-O Lakes
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Berry Blue Jelly Powder
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
- Add to jelly; stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Pour jelly into 4 clear plastic cups; top with marshmallow creme.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
