Quick Chocolate Zucchini Picnic Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, zucchini, cinnamon, and orange zest with an electric mixer on medium speed, 3 to 4 minutes, until fluffy and thoroughly blended.
  3. Stir in coconut and walnuts.
  4. Turn into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let cake cool in pan.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top before serving.
