Barbecued Beef Short Ribs Recipe

  1. In warm fat in Dutch oven, brown ribs well, about 15-20 min.
  2. Add in garlic, onions, celery.
  3. Stir in cornstarch, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, allspice, mustard, vinegar, and sugar.
  4. Simmer covered, turning occasionally 1 1/2-2 hrs or possibly till ribs are fork tender.
  5. Cook noodles as label directs, drain.
  6. Serve ribs, sliced if you like, on noodles, pass gravy separately.
