Delicious Baked Fish Recipe

• 2 lbs. fish, cleaned, filleted and defatted

1. Spread fish pcs in shallow baking pan or possibly dish.
2. Salt and pepper.
3. Cover with foil.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till meat flakes.
5. Remove foil and spread sauce (below) over fish.
6. Sprinkle with paprika and place under broiler till golden.
