Cheesy Chili Dip

• 2 loaves VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cut up
• - Frozen chili, thawed
• 2-1/4 qt. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces

1. Mix VELVEETA and chili in saucepan; cook 20 minutes on medium heat or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in bacon.
3. Serve hot with assorted cut-up vegetables and chips.
