Golden drunken chicken

  1. Mix all the ingredients together very well.
  2. Put in an airtight container.
  3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  4. After two day take the chicken out of marinade, reserve the marinade.
  5. Take a pan spray with nonstick.
  6. Put chicken in pan and sear on each side adding some color to the chicken.
  7. Remove to a plate.
  8. Add the marinade to the pan bring to boil.
  9. Let boil 7 minutes.
  10. Add chicken back into pan with the marinade.
  11. Let simmer covered for 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
  12. It will thicken a bit.
  13. Use the liquids as a gravy or sauce.
