Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken & Potato Casserole
- 4 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 20 RITZ Crackers, crushed
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 55 min.
- or until chicken is done and casserole is heated through.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
