Easy Rum Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. white rum
- 1/2 c. oil
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- Combine all ingredients, except nuts.
- Mix well.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Sprinkle nuts on bottom.
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
- Poke holes in cake with fork and allow to cold for 45 min.
- Then remove cake form pan and pour sauce over it.
