Miso stick chicken wings

  1. preheat 400
  2. toss in large bowl with oil and seasoning with salt pepper
  3. transfer to rack over baking sheet
  4. bake for 40 min turning half way until golden brown
  5. in a small pan combined the rest of the ingredients except the cilantro and lime
  6. add 3tbs of water and cook over low heat whisking frequently until sugar is dissolved and glaze is smooth and slightly thickened
  7. brush the glaze over wings and bake 10 min longer until golden brown and sticky
  8. garnish with cilantro and lime
  9. serve with cherry-scented pinot (09)
