Hummus Dip with Whole Chickpeas

  1. Mound prepared hummus dip in a serving bowl.
  2. Mix canned chickpeas or crunchy sprouted chickpeas with extra-virgin olive oil, diced tomato, smoked paprika, and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Spoon chickpea mixture over hummus and garnish with cilantro and lemon slices.
  4. Serve with crisp pita triangles.
