Low-Fat Soup

  1. Brown meat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Using slotted spoon, transfer to plate and set aside.
  3. Add oil in saucepan along with vegetables.
  4. Cook until soft.
  5. Stir in flour; stir 1 more minute.
  6. Gradually add beef broth, tomatoes with juice, water, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  7. Stir in ground turkey.
  8. Bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  10. Stir in 1/2 cup frozen green peas; cook 5 minutes more.
