BBQ Beef Bowl
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra lean extra-lean ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- 125 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 4 slices
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Brown meat with peppers and yellow onions in large skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomatoes, corn and barbecue sauce; mix well.
- Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
- Spoon rice evenly into 4 bowls; top with meat mixture and Velveeta.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
