Millionaire Pie
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 8 oz Can of crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 1 cup Chopped pecans
- 8 oz Carton of whipped topping, thawed
- 1 9-inch pastry shell
- Cream together the softened cream cheese & sugar.
- Mix on high for 3 to 4 minutes
- Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut & pecans.
- Mix well.
- Carefully fold in half the whipped topping until well blended.
- Pile filling in crust & chill for 2 hours.
- Before serving add remaining whipped topping a garnish with a sprinkling of pecan.
