Khara Masala Balti Chicken

  1. Mix seeds, salt ginger and garlic in a small bowl (i usually double the ginger).
  2. Heat the oil in a preheated wok.
  3. When oil is hot, add spices.
  4. Add the onion to wok and stir-fry 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add tomato and chicken to wok and cook over medium heat about 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  6. Stir mixture over heat for a further 3-5 minutes, then garnish with coriander.
