Potato & Cheese Pierogie Filling Recipe

• 8 med. potatoes
• 1 1/2 c. grated sharp longhorn cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Cook potatoes, drain, mash, add in salt & pepper; add in cheese while potatoes are warm.
