Turkey Sausage, Artichoke, and Mushroom Mini-Pizza

  1. Mix together the Garlic and Olive Oil.
  2. Separate the pizza dough into 4-6 sections.
  3. Roll and stretch out into the pizza shapes of your choice.
  4. Brush with the olive oil and garlic mixture.
  5. Season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  6. Place on a Pizza Stone or a large pizza baking sheet and bake in a 425 degree oven for about 5-6 minutes.
  7. Do not let the pizza crust brown, but it does need to be cooked through.
  8. Spread each crust with a scoop of marinara sauce, top with the mushrooms, sausage slices, artichoke pieces, cheeses, and basil.
  9. If desired season one more time with a sprinkle of salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  10. Bake in 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is gooey and crust is crisp and golden.
  11. Enjoy!
