Game Day Vegetarian Buffalo Bites
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 cup Buffalo Or Hot Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and spray a large nonstick baking sheet or glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Combine the water, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet; make sure to allow the mixture to drip off a bit before placing on the baking sheet so as not to have a lot of excess baked on.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
- Combine the hot sauce and oil in a small bowl.
- Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower, then place back in the oven and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with light blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
