Game Day Vegetarian Buffalo Bites

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and spray a large nonstick baking sheet or glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the water, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet; make sure to allow the mixture to drip off a bit before placing on the baking sheet so as not to have a lot of excess baked on.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
  5. Combine the hot sauce and oil in a small bowl.
  6. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower, then place back in the oven and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with light blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
