Tofu and Avocado Salad with Fragrant Basil Dressing
- 5 leaves Lettuce
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 block Firm tofu
- 1 Avocado
- 5 leaves Basil (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar (or vinegar)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- Briefly wash the lettuce, and shred into pieces.
- Slice the onion with a slicer, and soak in salted water.
- Make the dressing.
- Add ingredients to a large bowl, and mix.
- Cut the tofu and avocado into bite-size pieces, put into the bowl with the dressing, then mix.
- Drain lettuce and onion, and serve on a plate.
- Put Step 3 mixed ingredients with the dressing on top, and it's done.
