Cranberry Biscuits
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1-1/2 cup fibre cereal with fruit
- 1 juice and zest of orange Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- CUT butter into flour, sugar and baking powder, until crumbly.
- ADD cereal and the juice and zest from orange.
- Mix until just blended.
- PAT dough onto flour surface and cut into small rounds using a cookie cutter.
- Bake at 425F for 10 to 12 min.
- Serve with Kraft Jam, Cool Whip Topping and 1 Tbsp.
- Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread.
