Tortellini and Vegetable Stew
- 1 (9 ounce) package tortellini
- 1 (15 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced (my addition)
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Combine sauce and broth in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables; return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in pasta; heat through.
- Serve and enjoy!
