Blue Cheese Topping
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp sea salt or to taste
- Put all ingredients except for sea salt in a shallow bowl.
- With a spoon smash and mix well.
- I like my mix to be fairly smooth but that's just my preference.
- Add sea salt to taste.
- A little goes a long way in this recipe.
- If you make this ahead of time and store in fridge, bring your mixture to room temperature before using.
- Once your protein is cooked remove from stove, oven or grill.
- Top with blue cheese mix and cover for about a minute to warm the topping.
