Baked Salmon with Herb Crust
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Mix Miracle Whip, herbs and garlic until blended; spread onto fish.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake 17 to 19 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from oven.
- Heat broiler.
- Broil fish, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
- or until lightly browned.
