Master Kit Ballon

• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 6 ounces Cherry Heering liqueur
• 2 quarts strawberry ice cream, preferably home made
• 6 large strawberries

1. Whip cream with sugar.
2. Fold in a bit of liqueur to taste.
3. Divide half of cream into 6 glasses, followed by half of ice cream.
4. Coat with half of liqueur.
5. Top with remaining cream, ice cream and liqueur.
6. Garnish with strawberries.
