My Sweet & Sour Baked Beans

  1. Combine all beans in a large bowl.
  2. Cook bacon and add to beans.
  3. Saute onions in bacon grease until translucent and soft.
  4. Drain some of the grease.
  5. Mix together brown sugar, cider vinegar and dry mustard.
  6. Pour over onions in frying pan and bring to a boil.
  7. Pour over bean/bacon mixture and mix well.
  8. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
  9. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until just thickened up.
