Maple-Pork Stir-Fry
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; stir-fry 5 to 6 min.
- or until done.
- Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add next 5 ingredients to skillet; stir-fry 5 to 6 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return meat to skillet; cook 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve over rice.
