Maple-Pork Stir-Fry

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat; stir-fry 5 to 6 min.
  4. or until done.
  5. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  6. Add next 5 ingredients to skillet; stir-fry 5 to 6 min.
  7. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  8. Return meat to skillet; cook 1 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Serve over rice.
