Caviar on Toasted

• 1 can caviar ,small
• 3 hard boil eggs,finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1 shallots,finely chopped
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 salt and pepper to taste
• 1/3 tsp garlic powder
• 1 baquette
• 1/2 tsp chopped parsley

1. Add mayonaise into mixing bowl,add other ingredients except caviar and baquette ,mix well
2. easy toast on pan ,heat it on medium ,slice baquette and toast until crispy brown
3. Arrange serving plate,warm toasted,bowl of egg salad,caviar
4. Spread egg salad on toasted ,top with small spoon of caviar..good for my quick breakfast :)
