Crock Pot BBQ Pork
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 whole (5 To 5 1/2 Lb. Size) Boston Butt
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 whole Medium Onions, Sliced
- 6 cloves (Large) Garlic, Minced
- Combine sugar, seasonings and salt and mix well with a fork in a large bowl.
- Coat the butt evenly with the seasoning.
- If possible wrap in plastic wrap and let sit overnight.
- Mix the water and BBQ sauce.
- Put in the crockpot.
- Add the onions and garlic.
- Unwrap the butt (if needed) and put in the crockpot.
- Cook on low 12 hours or until fully cooked.
- Shred with a fork and add additional BBQ sauce if desired.
- The flavor is great without the sauce, though!
