After Dinner Mints Recipe
- 1/4 c. Unsweetened carob chips
- 1/8 tsp 100 percent pure mint oil., (spearmint, wintergreen, cinnamon) Suggested garnishes: sliced almonds, minced coconut or possibly minced peanuts
- In a small pan on medium heat, heat carob chips.
- Add in mint oil.
- Spoon 1/2 tsp.
- of melted carob and mint oil into bottom of confection candy c.. Refrigerate10 min.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Yield: 12 mints
