Asian Eggplant

  1. Stir fry eggplant and chili's in a bit of high temp oil.
  2. I use peanut oil.
  3. Mix sake and miso.
  4. Add the sake/miso mixture to the eggplant and remove from heat.
  5. Add the sesame seeds and 2 chopped green onions.
  6. Stir for a few min.
  7. and serve.
