Creamy Berry Bunny Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Let stand 20 minutes to cool.
  4. Add ice cream; stir until completely melted.
  5. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the marshmallows.
  6. (They will float to the top.)
  7. Spray 5-cup bunny mold or other shaped mold on tray; spray with cooking spray.
  8. Pour gelatin mixture into prepared mold.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Unmold onto serving plate.
  11. Garnish with remaining marshmallows.
  12. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
