Bacon & Caramelized-Onion Asparagus

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  3. Discard drippings from skillet; set skillet aside for later use.
  4. Place asparagus in microwaveable dish.
  5. Add water.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min.
  7. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  8. Meanwhile, add onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
  9. or until crisp-tender.
  10. Stir in dressing.
  11. Crumble bacon.
  12. Drain asparagus; place on plate.
  13. Top with dressing mixture and bacon.
