Baked Truffle Treasures

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat sugar and butter.
  3. Add eggs, amaretto, honey and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in cereal, cocoa and coconut.
  5. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and stir immediately until well blended.
  7. Let cool to room temperature.
  8. Shape level tablespoons of mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  9. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  10. Store in an airtight container.
