Funnel Cakes Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/4 tsp. mace (optional)
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking pwdr
• 1 1/4 tsp. salt

1. Combine all ingredients.
