Spicy Rice Balls
- 3/4 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small onions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1 can soup, tomato
- 1 each eggs
- 1 can water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients except tomato soup, water and hot sauce.
- Mix together well.
- Make balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place in baking dish.
- Combine tomato soup, water and hot sauce and pour over meatballs.
- Bake, covered, in 350F (180C).
- oven for 1 hour.
