Barbecued Chicken And Corn Bread Stuffing Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. Boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 3 c. Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing, * see note
- 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. Barbecue sauce
- 1.
- Mix water, margarine, paprika and celery.
- Add in stuffing.
- Mix lightly.
- Spoon into 2 quart.
- shallow baking dish.
- Arrange chicken over stuffing.
- Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken.
- 2.
- Bake at 400 degrees fro 35 min or possibly till chicken is done.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if you like.
- *note-You can also use one package of Pepperidge Farm Honey Pecan corn bread top of stove stuffing mix instead.
- Mix vegetable/seasoning packet with water, margarine, paprika and celery.
