Chicken & Vegetable Bake Recipe
- 2 c. cube chicken
- 1 c. dry onions
- 1 bag frzn vegetable mix
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can refried crescent rolls
- Mix soup, lowfat milk, salt, 1/2 cheese, vegetables, chicken, 1/2 onion in 8 x 12 inch baking dish at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Unroll crescent rolls; press together and cut into strips.
- Lay on top on chicken dish in lattice top or possibly roll crescent rolls out and place on top.
- Bake 15 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and dry onion.
- Bake 5 min.
- Option: When mixing vegetables you can add in water chestnuts.
