Black Jack BBQ Sauce

  1. Combine ingredients except file in a non-reactive sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in file.
  4. Store any left over sauce in the refridgerator.
