Beef Potato Stroganoff Recipe
- Approximately 3 lbs. grnd beef, browned and liquid removed
- 9 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Put prepared beef and potatoes in large roaster pan.
- Mix 3 cans of soup and 3 cans of water in separate bowl till soup is blended with water.
- Pour over beef and potatoes and mix together.
- Bake in 350 degree oven till potatoes are soft and mix is thick.
- Serves alot of people.
