Pinto Bean Dip
- 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 12 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, minced and seeded
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12-34 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- fresh vegetables, or
- tortilla chips
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and process until smooth.
- Serve with vegetables or chips.
