Rice and Cheese Bake with Kimchi
- 1 rice bowl's worth Cooked white rice
- 50 grams Chinese cabbage kimchi
- 50 grams Pizza cheese
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 Finely chopped parsley
- Place the hot cooked rice in a heatproof dish, and put the butter on top.
- Spread kimchi on the rice, and sprinkle with the cheese, then parsley.
- Bake until the cheese is browned, then you're done.
