Genever Blush
- Ice
- 2/3 ounce genever
- 2/3 ounce
- 2/3 ounce Campari
- 1/2 passion fruit, or 1/2 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
- 1/3 ounce gomme syrup (simple syrup with gum arabic) or Simple Syrup
- 6 to 8 passion fruit seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the passion fruit seeds.
