Two Corn Casserole Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 2 qt casserole.
  3. In small skillet, heat butter.
  4. Add in green pepper and onion; saute/fry till crisp and tender.
  5. In large bowl, combine cream style corn, whole kernel corn, Large eggs, and corn muffin mix; blend well.
  6. Add in onion mix; mix well.
  7. Pour into casserole; cook till hard and set.
  8. Let stand 5 min before serving.
  9. 12 (1/2) servings.
  10. 270 calories per serving.
