Hazelnut Madeleines
- 3 eggs
- 60 grams sugar
- 2 tsp honey
- 80 grams flour
- 75 grams melted butter
- 40 grams ground hazelnut
- 12 lychee
- beat eggs with sugar and honey till light
- add in flour and ground hazelnut mix well then add cooled melted butter, ,,,, ,, then butter baking tray and springkle with flour then spoon batter onto the baking tray
- preheat oven at then baked at 190C for anout 10 to 12 minutes till its light brown
- serve Madeleines as it is or with lychee fruits in skewer
