Hazelnut Madeleines

  1. beat eggs with sugar and honey till light
  2. add in flour and ground hazelnut mix well then add cooled melted butter, ,,,, ,, then butter baking tray and springkle with flour then spoon batter onto the baking tray
  3. preheat oven at then baked at 190C for anout 10 to 12 minutes till its light brown
  4. serve Madeleines as it is or with lychee fruits in skewer
